The technical data of GS integrated, such as workspace, maximum processing velocity, path and repetition accuracy, are identical with GS base. As the Mercedes amongst CNC-grinding machines, GS integrated features integrated special accessories such as extensive sensor technology. Different components are fully automatically identified and process-reliably ground. Various frames permit clamping of almost any kind of workpiece. Diverse special accessories relieve the operator and ensure process-reliable sanding of various workpieces in any order and quantity. GS integrated, equipped with a shuttle table or optionally a rotary table, can also be operated in combination with a robot.

GS integrated is equipped with a Bosch-Rexroth control (DIN-programming). The workspace measures 400 mm x 400 mm x 200 mm and meets increased safety requirements as it is completely closed. The maximum velocity is 1 m/s, the repetition accuracy 0.05 mm and the path accuracy 0.1 mm. The high rigidity of the grinding machine has a positive impact as well.

The high-performance spindle is geared for standard grinding- discs with a diameter of 230 mm. Also this model is prepared for connection with a suction device as well as further additional automations. GS integrated is fitted with special accessories reducing the operator’s work and ensuring process-reliable sanding of various workpieces in any sequence or quantity.
